A thread between research and place
My work brings together food culture, scent, art, nature and the memory of places. Experiences grow from the meeting of historical research and the people who carry local knowledge today.
The Marovelli family’s cheesemaking roots, my sommelier training and experience in sensory analysis shape a way of telling a territory through what we taste, observe and perceive.
This research gives rise to Narrated Villages, The Milk Routes and Maroviglia – Bike & Heels.
