Principal Roles

Research and Documentation

- Conducting scientific studies on food, health and sustainability.
- Documentation of traditional and innovative culinary practices in the area.

Education and Training

- Organizing seminars and educational workshops on healthy food, sustainable food practices and wellness.
- Creation of educational materials and information guides based on academic research.

Promotion of Cultural and Natural Heritage

- Study and enhancement of the area's historical and natural resources.
- Publication of articles, books and research highlighting the importance of local heritage.

Support for Sensory Experiences

- Provision of scientific and cultural basis for sensory experiences offered by The Sense.
- Collaboration with The Sense to design activities that engage the senses in meaningful and informed ways.

Interdisciplinary Collaborations

- Cooperation with experts from various fields (gastronomy, history, art, science) to enrich research and educational offerings.
- Participation in interdisciplinary conferences and research projects.
Walking through the streets of the historic center, each participant will experience events that highlight olfactory culture.
